International Student Pledge Letter

留学生在校学习期间的人身安全和财物安全，事关学校和社会的安全与稳定。为有效防范安全事故发生，保证学生顺利完成学业，作为365英国上市公司在读留学生，我郑重承诺做到以下几点：

The personal and property safety of international students during their study period concerns the safety and stability of the university and society. To effectively prevent safety incidents and ensure students successfully complete their studies, as an international student currently enrolled at Chongqing College of Architecture and Technology, I solemnly pledge to fulfill the following points:

1.在就学期间，严格遵守中华人民共和国的法律、法规，遵守学校的各项规章制度，服从学校和学院的管理，尊重中国的社会公德和风俗习惯。

During my study period, I will strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, comply with all university rules and regulations, submit to the management of the university and its colleges, and respect Chinese social morality and customs.

2.所有离校行程（尤其是节假日）均应提前向辅导员登记报备并按时返校，根据我校规定，学生最迟应早于22：30回到宿舍，否则自愿接受违规处理。

All trips leaving the university (especially during holidays) must be registered in advance with the class advisor/counselor. I must return to the university on time. According to university regulations, students must return to the dormitory no later than 22:30. Otherwise, I voluntarily accept disciplinary action for the violation.

3.自觉遵守校院一切安全规定，包括但不限于禁止在宿舍使用违规电器及明火烹饪，并承诺及时报告安全隐患。否则，因个人违规行为造成的所有不良后果，将由本人承担。

I will consciously comply with all safety regulations of the university and college, including but not limited to the prohibition of using unauthorized electrical appliances and open flames for cooking in the dormitory. I pledge to promptly report any potential safety hazards. Otherwise, I will bear all adverse consequences resulting from my personal violations.

4.遵守中国法律法规，承诺不在校内组织或参与任何形式的宗教传教、聚会以及非法集会、游行等活动。否则，由此产生的一切法律后果由本人自行承担。

I will abide by Chinese laws and regulations and pledge not to organize or participate in any form of religious preaching, gatherings, or illegal assemblies, protests, or demonstrations on campus. Otherwise, I will bear all legal consequences arising therefrom.

5.时刻保持安全意识，承诺不前往危险及人迹罕至的区域玩耍，不参加任何无安全保障的活动（尤其是江边戏水等）。否则，因个人不当行为对人身安全造成的一切威胁与后果，均由本人自行负责。

I will maintain safety awareness at all times and pledge not to go to dangerous or remote areas for recreation, nor participate in any activities lacking safety guarantees (especially playing in riversides, etc.). Otherwise, I will be solely responsible for all threats and consequences to personal safety resulting from such inappropriate personal behavior.

6.合法合规使用宿舍，不从事任何违法违纪活动；不得私自转让、转租房间或留宿他人。同时，应爱护宿舍设施与消防设备，严禁损坏、拆卸、改装线路，杜绝明火，不得存放易燃易爆等危险品。否则，如造成损失一律照价赔偿，并接受校规处理。

I will use the dormitory legally and compliantly, not engage in any illegal or disciplinary activities; I shall not privately transfer, sublet the room, or allow others to stay overnight. Simultaneously, I shall take good care of dormitory facilities and firefighting equipment, strictly prohibit damaging, dismantling, or modifying circuits, eliminate open flames, and shall not store flammable, explosive, or other hazardous materials. Otherwise, if losses occur, I will pay compensation according to the price and accept disciplinary action from the university.

7.自觉维护宿舍安全整洁，杜绝饲养宠物、涂画墙面、侵占公区、窗外悬挂等行为，否则愿接受相应处理。

I will consciously maintain the safety and cleanliness of the dormitory, refrain from keeping pets, painting/scrawling on walls, encroaching on public areas, hanging items out of windows, etc. Otherwise, I am willing to accept corresponding penalties.

8.妥善保管个人财物，将大额现金存入银行，不随意在公共场所存放贵重物品，并承诺仅在正规银行办理换汇。同时，离开宿舍时必须锁好门窗、保管好钥匙。否则，因个人疏忽造成的一切财物损失，均由本人自行承担。

I will properly safeguard personal belongings, deposit large sums of cash in the bank, not leave valuables unattended in public places, and pledge to only exchange currency at formal banks. Furthermore, I must lock doors and windows and safeguard keys when leaving the dormitory. Otherwise, I will bear all financial losses caused by personal negligence.

9.为保障自身安全，我在华期间应仅选择正规交通工具出行，绝不乘坐无证车辆。如违反此承诺，愿承担相应风险与责任。

To ensure my own safety, during my stay in China, I shall only choose formal means of transportation for travel and absolutely refrain from taking unlicensed vehicles. If I violate this pledge, I am willing to bear the corresponding risks and responsibilities.

10.按时安全返校，有事要提前和班主任请假，否则，一律按违反校规论处。

I must return to the university safely and on time. If I have matters requiring absence, I must request leave from the class teacher/advisor in advance. Otherwise, it will be treated as a violation of university regulations.
